I've been reading this fabulous book my mother-in-law recommended called "Our Bodies, Ourselves: Pregnancy and Birth." It's fantastic! It really gives insight into pregnancy as a normal event for our bodies, that it is something that is to be nurtured. I love how it talks about giving birth in a hospital as well as going into depth about birthing centers, doulas and midwives. It also discusses birthing methods used in the US and compares it to methods used in other parts of the world. It's very educational and I can't wait to read more tonight! Thanks Mrs. Granja!! Good Read!
